First Chance Center has been awarded an Indiana Arts Commission Grant. Funds, partially supported by the National Endowment for the Arts and Brown County Community Foundation, will be used to offer ceramic, acrylic painting, wood crafting, glass fusing and watercolor painting for 50 individuals with disabilities.
