FCC Industries

In 1998 First Chance Center was awarded a Community Focus Fund Grant by the Indiana Department of Commerce to purchase another building in order to operate First Chance Center Industries, and on April 27, 1998 FCC Industries opened at 635 N Greenbriar Drive, Paoli IN and this is where we still operate today.

FCC Industries creates an affirmative work setting for people with and without disabilities. Through FCC Industries, we are able to advocate for people with disabilities in the work setting. Our integrated work setting allows us to work with local business‘s to provide them with a cost effective solution to get their work done as well as help FCC fulfill our mission statement. At FCCI we make sure that each individual that works for us earns a competitive wage, and all of our staff is paid well above minimum wage.

At FCCI we are customer orientated, and we pride ourselves on making quality a top priority, we work with our customers to make sure that we are meeting or exceeding their time lines. We also make sure that we are matching the most qualified individual to perform the job task at hand.

We are fully insured and have the following capabilities:

Subcontract Production

     We have a fully equipped industrial building with 2 loading docks, a forklift, and have the capability of performing small assembly, manufacturing, and inspecting jobs. We also own a box truck with hydraulic lift gate that could help with transporting the product to us.

Janitorial Services

     We currently provide comprehensive janitorial services for business’s located in Orange and Lawrence Counties. We hold an Ability One Janitorial contract at the Naval Surface Warfare Center at the Crane Naval Base. This contract is secured through SourceAmerica. We are also included on an Ability Indiana State contract and manage local commercial contracts too.
