OCTS is happy to accept call-in riders as well as riders on a daily or weekly schedule.

The transit office
phone line is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If
you can not call a day ahead, we will make every effort to
accommodate
your needs.
If you call after hours,
you may leave a message.

hours in advance to schedule your trip

Individuals
with a
hearing-impairment may call
TTY 711 or (800) 743-3333 for
assistance.
When scheduling your ride, you will need to tell us:
- Where you are
- Where you want to go
- When you want to go there
- If you need a wheelchair-accessible van
OCTS service runs from 4:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
OCTS does not operate on major holidays.

Driver carry no cash, so exact
change is needed! OCTS will accept checks.
